Application of Electronic Fence in Intelligent Security and Computer Algorithm Support
In view of the low accuracy and false alarm rate of traditional security protection means in monitoring and positioning of personnel and objects in intelligent security systems, this paper introduced electronic fence technology to improve the real-time and accuracy of security systems. First, a diversified data processing framework was constructed by combining electronic fence technology with computer vision and positioning algorithms, and virtual fences were deployed in combination with sensor data. Then, support vector machines (SVM) and convolutional neural networks (CNN) were used to optimize the real-time alarm mechanism. Support vector machines were used to handle target classification tasks in complex environments, improve the detection efficiency of abnormal behaviors and assist in identifying potential threats; convolutional neural networks performed feature extraction and pattern recognition in images and sensor data to improve monitoring detection accuracy. Finally, the K-Near Neighbor (KNN) algorithm was combined to optimize the prediction of the object's moving trajectory and dynamic monitoring, which significantly reduced the false alarm rate in crowded areas. Compared with traditional methods, the positioning error of most targets of the intelligent security system supported by electronic fence technology is concentrated between 0.2 meters and 0.5 meters. In complex indoor and outdoor environments, it can effectively avoid signal loss and coverage blind spots, ensuring the real-time and integrity of monitoring data. The intelligent security system proposed in this paper, which combines electronic fence technology with computer algorithms, can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of security management. Through intelligent algorithm optimization, the system can flexibly respond to different monitoring needs, especially in environments with frequent personnel flow, which helps to improve the reliability of security protection.
