Model Establishment and Optimization Design of Resource Allocation of General Test Equipment Adaptor
The resource allocation of the general launch control adaptor affects the cable connection between the test equipment and different types of aircraft. Specifically, unreasonable resource allocation may result in cable forking and crossing, influencing the process performance as well as the reliability of cables. To solve the issues that the resource allocation design of general test equipment adaptor is time-consuming and poor in scalability as well as to enhance the design efficiency and rationality, a resource allocation model for general test equipment adaptor was established and an optimization design was proposed in this article. First and foremost, the authors established a mathematical model of the connection among general test equipment, various aircraft, adaptors, and cables. Furthermore, based on the complexity of the cable connection, an objective function was built and a non-linear integer programming was structured. Apart from that, an optimized algorithm based on Global Search and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) was proposed to solve the allocation problem. Last but not least, a simulation analysis was carried out on both algorithms respectively. The result indicated that the optimized adaptor was much simpler to connect with different types of aircraft, giving firm guidance on the design of test equipment adaptors; meanwhile, it significantly reduced the time for design and improved efficiency to a great extent.
