Assembly Accuracy Control of Cold Gas Micro Thruster Based on Feedback Regulation
The high-precision cold gas micro thruster adopts a piezoelectric actuator to drive the flow control valve, achieving micro flow control and thus achieving μ N-level thrust control. Assembly accuracy has a significant impact on the zero position and control accuracy of flow control valves. This article starts with the flow control principle of the flow control valve of the μ N-level cold gas thruster and analyzes its assembly accuracy requirements. We establish a dimension chain analysis model and use the statistical squared tolerance method to analyze the tolerance control requirements of its parts. Using finite element method, the effect of screw preload on assembly clearance is analyzed. On this basis, an assembly method based on gap measurement and feedback adjustment was proposed, providing a solution for high-precision micro thrusters and flow control mechanisms.
