Study on the Operating State Evaluation of Electric Energy Metering Devices at Gateways
With the large-scale grid connection of new energy power plants and the rapid increase in the number of metering points at gateways, the field test workload has increased significantly. In order to reduce the blindness in the process of periodic calibration and prevent the abnormal occurrence of the measuring device during the calibration period, a four-dimensional and two-level evaluation system is proposed based on the full-time online monitoring system independently developed by Henan Company. The system provides the concrete evaluation methods of four kinds of measuring devices, establishes the theoretical evaluation model of gateway measuring devices, and discusses its application in condition maintenance. The evaluation results effectively support the digital and intelligent transformation of the gateway metering device, and meet the real-time stability requirements of the power spot trading market. Through the analysis of Henan power grid, the conclusion is consistent with the actual operation of the gateway metering device, and the accuracy of the evaluation method and model is further verified.
