Optimized Scheduling Strategy for Orderly Charging of Electric Vehicles Based on Dynamic Electricity Pricing
With the popularization of electric vehicles, the concentrated growth in charging demand has led to an increase in peak load on the grid, intensified load fluctuations, and increased difficulty in dispatching, posing a serious challenge to the stable operation of the grid. To this end, this paper proposes an optimization strategy for sequential charging scheduling of electric vehicles based on dynamic tariffs, which is formulated by introducing user creditworthiness and grid security factors, and adopts a multi-objective optimization method to balance the interests of the grid, charging stations and users. Finally, the model is solved using an improved differential evolutionary algorithm and validated by simulation on 150 electric vehicles. The results show that the strategy effectively reduces the peak-to-valley difference in the grid, improves the utilization of charging stations, and significantly reduces the charging cost for users.
