Flexible Resource Engagement for Heterogeneous Energy Systems Risk Resilience and Synergy
Considering the impact of extreme conditions such as severe weather in Northeast China, the risky operation characteristics of the electricity-gas-heat heterogeneous energy system is studied. Based on the system composition, we explore the flexible resources in the domain and participate in the interaction of multiple energy flows under extreme conditions. A flexible synergistic layered model is constructed to accurately analyze and regulate the system risk operation from the risk assessment, protection, and synergistic layers. Finally, a regional system in Northeast China is simulated and analyzed to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the operation scheme from the perspectives of economy, low carbon, stability and resilience. It verifies the rationality and feasibility of the layered model based on the risk-resistant system under the risk of supply-demand imbalance.
