Structure Optimization of 220kV Low-Frequency Transformer Based on Multi-Objective Collaborative Optimization
Aiming at the problem that the weight, size and coil consumption of the core of the low-frequency transformer of the offshore wind power transmission system are much larger than the power frequency transformer of the same capacity and voltage level, this paper realizes the weight and size optimization design of the low-frequency transformer based on the multi-objective collaborative optimization method. Firstly, the initial structure of the 220kV low-frequency transformer is given according to the national standards and design manuals, Secondly, the selection of optimization variables and constraints of low-frequency transformers is analyzed. Finally, the low-frequency transformer is optimized by single-objective and multi-objective optimization methods, and the structural size and weight of the optimized low-frequency transformer are obtained, and the loss, weight, size, manufacturing cost and annual power loss are compared and analyzed. The results show that compared with the single-objective optimization results, the loss, size and weight of low-frequency transformers under multi-objective optimization are reduced by 6.01%, 0.21% and 14.13%, the manufacturing cost is reduced by 6.16%, and the annual power loss is reduced by 5.92%.
