Research on the Application of FMEA in Civil Aircraft Safety Analysis
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is an analytical work carried out in civil aircraft airworthiness qualification activities. Aiming at the civil aircraft development procedure and stage division, the FMEA work planning of civil aircraft development stage is clarified. Taking an engine drive pump as the research object, based on the FMEA method, the reliability block diagram of the equipment is established, and structural analysis, functional analysis, fault identification and risk analysis are carried out. FMEA is integrated in the design iteration process to provide a basis for the safety design of civil aircraft system.
