Analysis of the Impact of Agricultural Machinery Fieldwork Patterns and Plot Size on Productivity

With the acceleration of population growth and urbanization, enhancing agricultural productivity has become a global focus. This study investigates the impacts of fieldwork patterns and plot sizes on productivity using agricultural machinery trajectory data. Through mathematical statistical analysis, including non-parametric tests and analysis of variance (ANOVA), the research reveals that both fieldwork patterns and plot size significantly influence productivity. Specifically, adopting the alternation pattern or continuous pattern, especially in large-scale plots, results in higher productivity compared to other methods. Additionally, the interaction between plot size and fieldwork patterns plays a critical role, with larger plots benefiting most from continuous patterns. These findings offer valuable insights for optimizing agricultural machinery operations, providing theoretical and methodological guidance for future path planning of autonomous agricultural machinery operations, ultimately contributing to improved efficiency and productivity in agricultural practices.
