Future-Oriented Oil-Gas AIoT Architecture: Trends and Research Findings
The growth of global energy demand makes the oil and gas industry important. Traditional production methods are difficult to meet the demand, and intelligence and automation have become an inevitable trend. Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) technology is developing rapidly and has great application potential in the field of oil and gas. It can provide data support in the oil and gas exploration stage, realize remote monitoring and intelligent control in the production stage. Besides, it provides comprehensive monitoring and management in the transportation link, realize real-time monitoring and management in the storage link. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview covering multiple business links of oil and gas and a variety of AIoT technologies. The research is of great significance to the intelligent development of the oil and gas industry, which is the basis for realizing intelligent production and helping to improve the management level.
