Research on Live Detection of Insulator String Degradation Based on Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Equipped with Multiple Sensors
In order to ensure the safe operation of the power system, timely detect and deal with the degradation problems in insulator strings, a live detection method for insulator string degradation based on unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with multiple sensors is proposed. Build a multi-sensor acquisition system for unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with lasers, visible light detectors, infrared thermal imagers, ultraviolet cameras, and other devices, and use GPS time as the time reference. Through synchronous timing, unify the spatiotemporal reference of each sensor, achieve synchronous acquisition of multiple types of data, and unify the time and spatial reference of each sensor. Design an electric field measurement device and ultraviolet detector to obtain the measured electric field distribution of insulator strings and achieve the detection of degradation status. The experimental results show that using this method to perform degradation live detection on insulator strings, the sensor measurement results obtained have high linearity, low false detection rate, and can accurately identify the true state of the insulator. The application effect is good.
