Design of 0.1~1GHz 3 Stage Pseudo Differential Ring Voltage Controlled Oscillator
A 0.1-1.0 GHz Ring Voltage control oscillator (VCO) was designed based on 22nm CMOS process. The VCO used pseudo differential structure with PMOS as input as its delay unit, three stage structure to form a ring VCO.
