Design and Simulation Analysis of a Super-High Pressure Electro-Hydraulic Propulsion System for Large Diameter Shield Machines
For addressing the problems of insufficient propulsion force, an super-high pressure electro-hydraulic propulsion system for large diameter shield machine is proposed in this paper, which mainly includes three parts: super-high pressure reduction control loop, safety overflow loop and super-high pressure oil source loop, which can achieve accurate control of propulsion pressure within the range of 700bar. In order to reveal the performance of the designed system and the design methods of parameters, a simulation model of the system was established. The influence of three key parameters, including the diameter of the damping port (1), the diameter of the damping port (2) and the spring stiffness of the normally open two-way cartridge valve (3), on the pressure control performance and speed control performance of the propulsion system was investigated. The control ability of propulsion pressure and propulsion speed under typical parameters is analyzed, and the effectiveness of the designed system was verified.
