A Reliability Evaluation Approach for Aircraft Hydraulic Tube System Based on Pulsating Stress Test Data
In the current aircraft system, the hydraulic system is mainly responsible for providing or transferring power to the operating system, power retracting system, braking system, etc., and plays a key role in the safe flight of the aircraft. Due to the huge system, limitation of test equipment, complicated engineering technology or other reasons, the objects of hydraulic tube pulsation stress test that must be carried out after the design and modification of the hydraulic system are individual tubes. Therefore, the research on the reliability of the whole hydraulic system is not sufficient. However, the system reliability assessment method can evaluate the reliability of the overall system by analyzing the failure data of components and subsystems, which has natural advantages to solve the above problems. Based on the existing pulsating stress test data of the hydraulic system tube, this paper uses the system reliability assessment method to evaluate the overall reliability of the hydraulic tube system, providing data support and decision-making basis for product design, improvement, finalization and production. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by example calculation.
