Allocation of Testability Indicators for Aircraft Electromechanical Systems Based on Improved AHP

Due to the increasing degree of system integration of the new generation of aircraft, and the lack of data in the early stage of engineering development, the testability allocation method for complex systems such as electromechanical systems is obviously insufficient. In order to solve this dilemma, an improved Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) based testability indicators allocation method is adopted. Qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are combined, and evaluation criteria such as failure rate, failure impact, mean time to repair, cost and demand of fault detection and isolation are introduced. By determining weight coefficients, the testability allocation indicators for each subsystem are finally given. By comparing the results of indicator allocation with other scaling methods, it is demonstrated that the improved allocation method is more accurate and reasonable.
