Exploring the Online Monitoring System for Battery Packs
As a key component of energy storage in power system, battery pack plays an important role. However, the real-time monitoring of its operating status has always been a technical problem in the industry. This paper designs and realizes a set of battery online monitoring system, based on technology, integrated data collection, status analysis, fault diagnosis and early warning functions. The system uses high-precision sensor to collect the key parameters such as voltage, current, internal resistance and temperature of the battery in real time, and communicates with the upper machine through RS485 bus, realizing the remote transmission and centralized management of data. The system can effectively monitor the running state of the battery group, accurately warn the potential faults, and improve the overall reliability and safety of the power system. It can be widely used in different sizes and types of battery pack monitoring scenarios.
