Research on Brushless DC Motor Drive Systems Based on Embedded Microcontrollers
The STC32G12K128 microcontroller, with its remarkable controllability, efficient encoding capabilities, and integration of multiple high-performance peripherals, is suitable for applications requiring multi-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) sampling and strict response speed. Through the utilization of embedded system simulation technology, this study successfully designed and implemented a drive and regulation solution for brushless DC motors. The core of it was the STC32G12K128 microcontroller, which was combined with the FD6288Q pre-driver circuit, MOSFET transistor array, and the SE8650 power stabilization chip, aiming to construct an efficient motor drive module. The microcontroller's built-in ADC module quickly captured the commutation signals, while the software design adhered to a modular approach, utilizing C language to construct the core architecture comprising the main program, timer, PWM, and comparator modules. Through simulation analysis, the study investigated the effects of commutation time and rotor pole pairs on motor stability, discovering that when the rotor pole pair count P was set to 1 or 2, appropriate adjustments to the commutation time could effectively ensure stable motor operation across a wide range of speeds.
