Research and Design of Beam Feedback System for Nuclear Track Membrane Irradiation
Nuclear track membranes, also known as heavy ion micro porous membranes, it is known as the world's most sophisticated filter membranes. Among the two processes of irradiation and etching in the generation of nuclear pore membrane, heavy ion irradiation is the most critical step. In order to ensure the uniformity of heavy-ion irradiation, this paper mainly studies the beam current feedback system at the irradiation terminal of the nuclear track membrane, which realists the feedback between the strong and small heavy-ion beam current and the speed of the film-rolling machine, keeps the irradiation of the nuclear track membrane always in a balanced state, and greatly improves the irradiation efficiency and irradiation quality of the nuclear track membrane. In this paper, all the design schemes of the beam current feedback system for nuclear pore membrane irradiation are studied, and practical applications are carried out in nuclear track membrane.
