Temperature Effects on Dual-MEMS Resonator-Based Measurement Circuits for Accurate Operating Temperature Diagnosis of Power Equipment
This paper discusses the temperature effects on the dual-MEMS resonator-based temperature measurement circuits for accurate operating temperature diagnosis of the power equipment. The effects of temperature variation on the gain and phase of the transimpedance amplifier as a sustaining circuit, the effects of temperature on the resolution of the time-to-digital converter in the frequency-ratio measurement circuit, the effects of temperature on the impedance and phase in the PCB circuit, etc., are mainly discussed, respectively. The main purpose of this study is to explore the effects of temperature on each circuit module to guide the design of the highly-accurate temperature measurement circuits to improve the reliability of devices such as narrow-linewidth lasers.
