Research on SOH Based on Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy and WOA-BP Algorithm
Aiming at the problems of time-consuming, inefficient and resource-consuming assessment of the state of health (SOH) of lead-acid batteries for substations at the present stage, a SOH estimation method integrating the data-driven method and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is proposed. A WOA-BP-based SOH estimation model for storage batteries is established with terminal voltage data and feature parameters extracted from electrochemical impedance spectra as input variables and battery SOH as output variables. The results show that the model has high identification accuracy and is suitable for SOH estimation of lead-acid batteries for substations.
