Categorized and Zoned Risk Assessment of Lightning Disasters in Offshore Wind Farms
This paper organizes the activity patterns of offshore wind power in the Yangtze River Delta research area, and on this basis, establishes a graded zoning risk assessment system for lightning disasters in offshore wind farms. Firstly, lightning activity patterns and characteristic parameters of lightning strikes are detected and refined using means such as lightning location, and regional division is carried out based on semi-supervised clustering algorithms; Secondly, a lightning strike risk graded zoning model for the Yangtze River Delta is constructed, and the risk assessment of lightning disasters in offshore wind farms is carried out based on the LapSVM algorithm, achieving a risk grading of the probability of lightning strikes in offshore wind farms; Then, the results of this model are compared with the standard SVM assessment results, and the model performance is evaluated using accuracy and recall rate; Finally, based on the operation of offshore wind power in the Yangtze River Delta region, the historical dataset of lightning strikes in this research area in recent years is used for identification. The proposed method's are validated through a comprehensive comparison of the identification results.
