Design Optimization and Analysis of V+1 Type Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors with Hairpin Winding for Electric Light Trucks
As an express logistics vehicle, the power performance and range of electric light trucks are the focus of customers' attention. The core of electric vehicle performance lies in the drive motor, and its performance has a crucial impact on the comprehensive performance of the whole vehicle. PMSM with hairpin winding have become popular in the development of electric vehicles by virtue of their small size, high torque density and low-loss performance. In this paper, a hybrid algorithm combining response surface and multi-objective particle swarm algorithm is proposed to optimize the torque, loss and efficiency of the motor. The results show that the average output torque of the optimized motor model is increased by 3.68%, and the core loss and winding copper consumption are reduced by 13.21% and 4.9%, respectively.
