Multi-Objective Optimum Scheduling of Microgrids Accounting for Wind and Solar Scenario Uncertainty
This paper puts forth a multi-objective optimal dispatch model for microgrids that takes into account the inherent uncertainty and correlation of wind and solar power generation. The objective of the model is to minimise the operating cost and environmental protection cost of the microgrid. The kernel density estimation method is employed to generate the probability distribution of wind and solar power generation, and the joint distribution of wind and solar power generation is established through the Frank-Copula function. In the optimisation process, the multi-objective grey wolf optimiser (MOGWO) is employed as the optimisation algorithm to solve the model. The simulation results demonstrate that this method can effectively reduce power costs and environmental impacts, thereby enhancing the economic and sustainable performance of the microgrid.
