A LUTA PARA A SOBREVIVENCIA DE JOVENS ENTREGADORES DE APLICATIVOS E O TRABALHO PRECARIZADO
Job insecurity acts as an immediate response to the scarcity of opportunities in the labor market as a result of the intense crisis of capitalism, which leads young workers to join application companies in a new model of labor management. In this article, an integrative review was carried out to understand the subjective experiences of cyclist and motorcyclist workers, delivery people mediated by applications. The results indicate different angles of perception regarding the delivery activity of motorcyclists and bicycle couriers, who use delivery applications as a work tool. The findings show eminently precarious working conditions, as well as pointing out that the work context is marked by demand for results, certain physical effort, accentuated use of memory and attention, especially due to traffic and in specific cases, workers falling ill with occupational risks. It turns out that the relationship between delivery platforms and workers can be seen as a form of neocolonialism, in which peripheral economies provide cheap labor and central economies extract profits. Furthermore, the search for uberized work arises from unemployment and an economic crisis. The precariousness of labor relations includes the loss of labor rights, lack of access to social security, mediation through platforms, management via algorithms.
