The Construction of Big Data Platform System: A Case Study of a City Project
This paper uses a practical project as an example to introduce the construction ideas and content of a big data platform in a city. Based on government data business and characteristics, the construction strategy of "Govern, Connect, Aggregate, Use" is proposed. The main content of the project is elaborated from various directions, including data aggregation, data governance, the construction of dedicated databases, and data application services. The project aims to break information silos, making data flow more efficiently while reducing the burdens on the public. It aggregates city-wide data to provide a basis for government decision-making, adapting to urban development, enabling precise decision-making, and improving people's happiness.
