Successful treatment of ridge-related reentry atrial tachycardia using the circular array pulsed field ablation catheter: A case series
Complex atrial tachycardias (ATs) frequently occur in patients after catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation (AF) or cardiac surgery. These ATs often involve the ridge, an anatomic structure located between the left atrial appendage (LAA) and left pulmonary veins (LPVs).1,2 The epicardial side of the ridge is closely associated with the vein of Marshall (VOM). Notably, the junction between the ridge and roof region contains part of Bachmann’s bundle, a critical component in reentry circuits.3
