Impact of Information Systems on Quality Management

The aim of this research is to investigate how implementation systems influence business product quality management information. The business and world must increase the effectiveness and efficiency of quality management in an increasingly competitive industrial environment. Data collection was carried out through direct observation, in-depth interviews with stakeholders, and related documentation studies using qualitative techniques and case study design. This research found that these information systems greatly increase a company’s capacity to track and adjust product quality in real-time. This helps reduce the number of product defects and increases client satisfaction. However, the high cost of implementation and the need for competent staff training are obstacles. Additionally, the research suggests tactics that businesses can as to overcome these barriers, such as creating comprehensive training curricula and more accurate cost estimates. It is hoped that these results will serve as a guide for future research in this area and provide suggestions to organizations on how to use information technology to improve the quality of management. To gain a lasting competitive advantage, this research highlights how important it is to integrate information systems into the quality management plan.
