Analysis of Entropy Indicators of Electromyographic Signals for Differential Diagnostics of Low Back Pain
Low back pain is one of the leading causes of global years of living with a disability. Electromyography is one of methods used for the diagnostics of low back pain. Electromyographic signals are non-stationary. The theory of dynamical systems, also called chaos theory or nonlinear dynamics, can be used for processing of electromyographic signals. The concept of entropy is associated with the predictability of the values of the series and the entire system. Thus, it is of interest to conduct an extended study of entropy indicators of electromyographic signals from different diagnostic groups.
