Intelligent Solutions and Applications for Warehousing in Energy Industry Companies
This study proposes an intelligent solution based on the Internet of Things and 5G communication technology to address the low level of intelligence and management efficiency in energy industry companies’ warehousing. A four layer architecture consisting of device layer, perception layer, system layer, and application layer has been constructed, achieving intelligent management of the entire material process. The integration of technologies such as robot cluster regulation and AI logistics modeling has improved the level of automation and intelligence in operations. In the application case of a warehouse of State Grid Corporation of China, through intelligent transformation, business process automation and unmanned operation have been achieved, significantly improving operational efficiency and reducing carbon emissions, promoting the development of energy industry companies’ warehousing towards green, efficient, and intelligent direction.
