Research on comprehensive evaluation of industrial energy efficiency under the “double carbon” goal

Scientific assessment of industrial energy efficiency will help explore the potential for energy efficiency improvement and optimize energy use methods. The existing energy efficiency evaluation in the industrial field mainly considers traditional energy efficiency evaluation indicators, which is difficult to meet the development trend of comprehensive customer-side energy efficiency services in energy transformation process. The evaluation dimensions are not clear enough on customer-side economic operation, safe energy use, low-carbon emission reduction, interactive response, etc. This article first analyzes the energy consumption data in the industrial field; then based on data analysis, it studies the development trend of energy use in the industrial field; facing the business needs of multiple types of energy efficiency services, it proposes a comprehensive and systematic energy efficiency comprehensive evaluation index system in the industrial field. This index system can help guide users to optimize energy use methods, fully tap the comprehensive energy-saving potential in the industrial field, and support safe power supply and green energy transformation. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process is proposed to solve the problem of comprehensive evaluation, and the feasibility of the evaluation method is verified through examples.
