Adverse Pregnancy Outcome in Fetuses With Early Increased Nuchal Translucency: Prospective Cohort Study
(Abstracted from Ultrasound Obstet Gynecol 2024;64:164–172) Nuchal translucency (NT) scans measure fluid accumulation at the back of a fetus’ neck and are routinely used for prenatal screening. Increased NT thickness is associated with adverse pregnancy outcomes, including aneuploidy, other genetic disorders, and structural anomalies.
