BASIC FUNCTIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES IN A MULTI-PROJECT ENVIRONMENT IN CONSTRUCTION
The article discusses the key aspects of organizing and managing a multi-project environment in the construction industry, encompassing organizational and technological processes. It examines methods for managing multiple parallel projects, approaches to coordination and resource optimization, as well as modern information technologies that ensure effective planning and execution of construction projects. The systematization of approaches to Project Portfolio Management (PPM) in the construction sector based on the standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI) is presented. It emphasizes that using PMI standards enables construction companies to effectively coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring strategic goals are met and resources are optimally utilized. Key portfolio management processes are described, including initiation, planning, monitoring, and control, as well as the use of tools for risk analysis and prioritization. Special attention is paid to the integration of advanced technologies, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), which enhances coordination and transparency in project activities. The article also highlights the importance of adapting approaches to industry specifics, contributing to improved project management quality and compliance with modern construction standards. Examples of risk level calculations for typical construction situations and overall project risk assessment are provided. The article describes the factors that form risk diagrams, such as delays in supply, legislative changes, weather conditions, and more. Methods of technical and economic risk assessment, including cost-benefit analysis, cash flow discounting methods, and others, are considered. The distribution of risks across the life stages of projects from initiation to completion is outlined. The described system helps construction companies enhance risk management efficiency, reducing the likelihood of negative consequences and ensuring successful project implementation.
