EXPERT SYSTEMS OF MONUMENT PROTECTION AND RESTORATION ACTIVITIES DURING THE RUSSIAN-UKRAINIAN WAR
The article analyzes how a systematic approach can be applied to optimize the process of post-war restoration of damaged and destroyed objects of cultural heritage. Based on the method of system-structural analysis, an expert system in the field of cultural heritage protection has been developed, which optimizes the process of identifying problems in the field of cultural heritage protection, taking into account the realities of war, their consequences, causes, and thus a solution to the problem is provided in the form of an algorithm. This expert system was developed according to the principle and form of the one developed by the president of the Ukrrestavratsiya corporation M. Orlenko for the conditions of the development of the restoration industry in peacetime, however, the system presented in the dissertation is different, taking into account the change in the vector of development under the influence of the realities of war. In the conditions of a combination of several negative factors - large volumes of destruction of cultural heritage, lack of funding and lack of specialists, it is advisable to consider the sphere of cultural heritage protection as a complex system with a number of components connected with each other. Expert systems of activities in the field of cultural heritage protection in modern conditions and an expert system of training experts in the field of restoration of damaged heritage optimize the decision-making process for solving a specific problem and correspond to the directions of digitization adopted by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. This approach to the field of cultural heritage protection based on the "if something" principle allows for a concentrated presentation of cause-and-effect relationships between components. Thus, in the case of an expert system in the field of cultural heritage protection, the component systems are presented in the form of an algorithm - problems, consequences, causes and ways to overcome them, which saves resources and time for decision-making. An information model of the process of training specialized personnel for restoration has been created, which presents in the form of an algorithm the activity of training specialists taking into account the military realities of today.
