Design And Modeling Analysis of Wearable Waist Flexible Assisted Rehabilitation Training Robot

In response to the poor applicability and comfort of existing lumbar rehabilitation exoskeleton robots, a wearable lumbar flexible assisted rehabilitation training robot is proposed, which introduces flexible and personalized adaptation technology, completely revolutionizing the applicability and flexibility of lumbar rehabilitation exoskeletons. The overall structure achieves flexible biomimetic assistance by installing airbag shaped support components corresponding to the lumbar spine on the wearable components. Based on the design analysis and finite element simulation of key components, rehabilitation training is carried out in stages to verify the degree of waist injury, ensuring full scene coverage from standing, sitting, and lying down. The experimental results demonstrate the reliability of this design, which can accurately match the needs of users, ensure long-term comfort and safety, greatly improve the comfort, fit, and flexibility of exoskeletons, and lay a strong foundation for further research on flexible assisted rehabilitation training.
