Dimensionality Reduction Inverse Modeling Algorithm for Complex Pipeline of Aero-Engine
In order to solve the problems of non-uniform description tedious modeling method of aero-engine pipeline, the research on dimensionality reduction inverse modeling algorithm for complex pipeline of aero-engine is carried out. First of all, the shape of any pipeline can be reduced from 3D space to 2D plane or even 1D straight segment by chamfering, local torsion, piecewise rotation and other operations, thus a dimensionality reduction inverse modeling algorithm is proposed. Secondly, using the GUI plug-in program Really Simple GUI Dialog Builder (RSG Dialog Builder) provided by ABAQUS software, combined with the pipeline shape description method, a low-code pipeline modeling plug-in is developed, whose core code is the recording code of GUI operation mode and embedded dimensionality reduction inverse modeling algorithm. Finally, the user interface is laid out, combined with the physical object in the plug-in environment to verify the correctness of the research method.
