Design of Enhanced Electric Vehicle for Physically Challenged People

As world develops and runs faster people who are disabled also suffer to move around. Disabled people really find difficult to move on their own even at an indoor environment. Countries like India have lot of disabled people who find difficult to relocate themselves without a need of another hand. This proposed idea is to make it more comfort for the handicap people to move around in the e-bike. In this method we use a force sensor which detects the direction and amount of left or right turn the bike should turn and does not require the person to strain or turn fully with their legs. Also, the bike has forward and reverse function to move further with only using the pressure applied on the force sensor. FSR 402 Force sensing resistor is used as a key component in the console. It allows the motors to run based on the direction and pressure applied to move the vehicle without need of hand and hard effort from the disabled person. There is also a Raspberry Pi and display to check the vehicle information during running status. There is an emergency braking switch for killing the process during the emergency time. The e-bike has a lithium ion 48V battery for its whole functioning.
