Research on Distance Measurement Method for Dual Ear Holes Based on Non-Contact Optics
This paper takes the intersection holes which are at the aircraft components symmetric zero position as the measurement object. After the adjustment of the zero position of the aircraft components, the distance between the center axis of the intersection holes needs to be measured so that the actuator can be adjusted and installed by one-step. We propose a non-contact space point distance measurement method based on spatial trigonometry, which the core is the combination of laser displacement sensor and rotary encoder. In order to realize the distance measurement of the intersection holes in narrow space, we use laser to target the center of the target ball, and we design the target ball holder specifically. The measuring arm is used to calibrate the measuring system and make error compensation. Combined with the developed software and hardware platform, for the measuring system: the measuring accuracy is 0.04mm, the repeatability is 0.02mm, and the measuring range is 412.084-1590.591mm, meeting the measuring technical indexes.
