Body Configuration Design and Performance Improvement of Ultra Large Load Robot
In order to achieve the performance of a robot with a large workspace and high dexterity in operation under a super heavy load (1500 kg), the project optimized the robot indicators through a multi-objective genetic algorithm and obtained scale parameters. At the same time, the robot's indicators were verified in a simulation environment. The simulation results showed that under a full load of 1500 kg, the end speed of the robot was > 1 m/s, and the working radius was >4 m, which can achieve the performance of a large workspace and high dexterity in operation.
