Analysis of the environmental benefits of optimizing the operation of integrated energy systems in hydrogen-containing parks
In response to the low-carbon transition needs of industrial parks, a multi-energy complementary technology combination of “new energy generation + hydrogen storage” and “thermal power + carbon capture” has been established. This method refines the traditional two-stage operation process of power to gas (P2G), and establishes the coupling model of cogeneration and carbon capture system (CCS), electrolyzer (EL), methane reactor (MR), and hydrogen fuel cell (HFC). The system considers the direct participation of hydrogen energy in gas-fired hydrogen-doped power generation to achieve economic goals, and the inclusion of carbon trading to realize low-carbon goals. The low-carbon benefits of the system are quantified by three indicators: renewable energy penetration rate, wind and solar energy abandonment rate, and hydrogen participation rate. The results show that the system can not only increase the consumption of new wind and solar energy, reduce carbon emissions, but also reduce the daily operating costs of the system, which verifies the feasibility of the transition to a low-carbon carbon park.
