A kind of high-voltage DC input intelligent dimming driver power supply
To minimize the loss attributed to the transmission line group when LEDs are long-distance wired, this paper presents a type of high-voltage DC input intelligent dimming drive circuit. The STM32-based dual-tube forward LED drive circuit is integrated with the PWM control chip UC2844 and secondary dimming to regulate the dimming range, thereby attaining the objective of reducing transmission costs. The test result indicates that: Under the rated output voltage of 240 V and the rated current of 1.25 A load, when the input voltage varies from 600 to 900 V, the outcome is that the output voltage fluctuation range of the drive power supply lies between 100 and 240 V, the accuracy of the dimming power output current is controlled within 1%, the dimming range spans from 0 to $\mathbf{1 0 0 \%}$, and the efficiency exceeds $\mathbf{9 2 \%}$ under the rated input voltage. In the long-distance transmission of the LED power supply, a 750 V DC input brings about a substantial reduction in transmission costs compared with a 220 V AC input.
