Simulation of Denitrification Through SNCR System Nozzles at Various Layout Positions of Tower Boilers
Selective non catalytic reduction (SNCR) technology is widely used in the thermal power industry owing to its low cost and proven technology. Simulating the combustion of tower boilers with composite air staged low NOx combustion technology, the influence of SNCR nozzle placement on denitrification efficiency was studied. Multiple placement methods were simulated, including sequential arrangement, staggered arrangement, concentrated arrangement on both sides, and concentrated arrangement in the middle. The denitrification efficiency of staggered nozzle arrangement is the highest, with a $4 \%$ increase in efficiency compared to traditional sequential arrangement. Improving denitrification efficiency, energy conservation, and emission reduction in boilers holds significant practical guidance value.
