Research on working condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of fuel cell vehicle bottle valve
Aiming at the key role of high-pressure hydrogen solenoid valves in hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, a sensorless position detection technology based on multi-physical finite element numerical calculation is proposed in this paper. By monitoring the inductance change of the driving coil, combining the principle of electromagnetic induction and the law of conservation of energy, the precise mathematical model of the inductance change and the displacement of the moving core is established. The accuracy of the model is verified by MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation, and the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of the high-pressure hydrogen solenoid valve are realized, which provides important technical support for improving the safety and reliability of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
