Improved Sensorless Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors Using Pulsating High-Frequency Voltage Injection
Aiming at the issues of overshoot and suboptimal control performance caused by the use of PI controllers in the current and speed loops in the traditional pulsating highfrequency voltage injection method, as well as the phase lag problem introduced by band-pass filters and low-pass filters in the position error signal extraction process, an improved sensorless control method for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) based on Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) and Second-Order Generalized Integrators (SOGI) has been designed. First, this method designs current and speed regulators based on ADRC to replace the traditional PI controllers, significantly enhancing the system’s robustness and dynamic response performance. Second, the SOGI is employed to replace the conventional band-pass and low-pass filters to optimize the position error signal extraction process and the current loop feedback path. This approach improves the accuracy of position error signal extraction and enhances the filtering of high-frequency current harmonic signals in the current loop feedback path, thereby improving the motor’s control accuracy and stability.
