Study of Energy Density as a Measure of the Impact of Electromagnetic Radiation on Biological Systems
The article is devoted to the study of energy density as a standardized indicator for assessing the effectiveness of medical personnel protective systems against microwave radiation. The key feature of the proposed method is the ability to translate measurements of complex fields into equivalent values of the energy density of a plane wave, which allows them to be compared with existing measurements of power density. The results can be used in practice in conditions where it is necessary to assess the impact of electromagnetic radiation on medical personnel and the need to develop protective measures.
