Simulation and Optimization of Upgoing Mechanics for Cargo Packages

During the construction and operation of space stations, supplies are frequently delivered by cargo spacecraft. These shipments often undergo significant vibrations during transit, with the most intense reaching up to 10g. Therefore, studying the dynamic response of the equipment in the spacecraft is essential. These shipments often undergo significant vibrations during transit, with the most intense reaching up to 10g. Therefore, studying the dynamic response of the equipment in cargo packages to vibrations and optimising the structure accordingly is very important. These shipments often undergo significant vibrations during transit, with the most intense reaching up to 10g. Therefore, studying the dynamic response of the equipment in cargo packages to vibrations and optimising the structure accordingly is very important. This paper begins by conducting finite element dynamic simulation analysis and experimental validation on typical equipment found in aerospace cargo packages. Subsequently, a topology optimization model is established for the equipment in typical cargo packages, targeting structural compliance as the objective function. The optimization methods and corresponding results provide solutions for lightweight design of equipment in typical cargo packages.
