Research and Design of Corrugated Vertical Switch Oil Tank
With the development of the economy and the improvement of living standards, the continuous increase in load demands higher stability and safety from power grid equipment. However, traditional oil tanks have design limitations that prevent effective isolation from air, leading to moisture degradation of the insulating oil and abnormal oil levels due to temperature changes. To address these issues, this study designed a fully sealed corrugated vertical switch oil tank. The new oil tank features a fully sealed design, effectively preventing direct contact between the transformer oil and air, thereby reducing the risk of oil oxidation and moisture contamination. The tank’s structure also incorporates a vertical corrugated design, providing sufficient space for oil level compensation under varying temperatures, thereby enhancing operational safety. Additionally, this study developed a digital monitoring technology that allows real-time monitoring of oil quality and other critical operating parameters. This highly automated monitoring system improves data accuracy and timeliness, enabling more precise assessments of equipment conditions and data-driven decision-making.
