An Optimal Allocation Method for Park-level Integrated Energy System Considering Dynamic Carbon Emission Factor Incentive Strategies
In the context of carbon emissions and energy transition, this paper proposes an optimized configuration method for Park-level Integrated Energy Systems (PIES) that incorporates a dynamic carbon emission factor incentive strategy. First, a dynamic carbon emission factor model is developed, which characterizes the carbon emission behavior of devices and flexible resources within PIES based on real-time carbon emission characteristics. Next, a flexible resource incentive strategy is designed, enabling resources to adjust their energy usage not only based on price signals but also according to the dynamic carbon emission factor. Finally, a comprehensive optimal allocation method is presented, integrating flexible resource incentive strategy with dynamic carbon emission factor to ensure optimal low-carbon economic performance of PIES during operation and allocation, achieving coordinated optimization of carbon emissions and economic benefits.
