The Temperature Simulation Analysis Of A Self-Water-Cooled Switchgear Based On ANSYS

This paper uses ANSYS software for modeling and employs the Fluent module within ANSYS to conduct temperature simulations of a switchgear equipped with a self-water-cooling system. The study investigates the temperature variations of the switchgear under both water-cooled and non-water-cooled conditions. The simulation results indicate that the self-water-cooling system has a significant cooling effect on various parts of the switchgear. Finally, a prototype was created, and simulation experiments were conducted. The temperature simulation results closely match the experimental outcomes.

Abstract

This paper uses ANSYS software for modeling and employs the Fluent module within ANSYS to conduct temperature simulations of a switchgear equipped with a self-water-cooling system. The study investigates the temperature variations of the switchgear under both water-cooled and non-water-cooled conditions. The simulation results indicate that the self-water-cooling system has a significant cooling effect on various parts of the switchgear. Finally, a prototype was created, and simulation experiments were conducted. The temperature simulation results closely match the experimental outcomes.
