MODEL OF ENSURING PERSONNEL SECURITY IN THE CONTEXT OF TRANSFORMATION OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article is devoted to the formation of an effective model for ensuring personnel security as a component of the economic security of an enterprise undergoing transformation. Modern conditions force enterprises to look for new strategies, mechanisms and tools to achieve strategic goals. This issue is especially relevant in the context of such challenges as threats during a military conflict that negatively affect the human capital of an enterprise. The importance of personnel security during the transformation processes of economic security of an enterprise is substantiated in the context of the following aspects: risk management, competence development, adaptation of corporate culture, reduction of stress factors, legal protection. The author examines the impact of current challenges on personnel security, which disrupts the stability of the economic security of an enterprise, in particular, mobilization, migration of personnel and human resources, demotivation, lack of young professionals in the market, shortage of personnel in working professions, demographic and social challenges, and physical danger to personnel.The factors and threats that affect personnel security both inside and outside the enterprise are highlighted. The main aspects of the importance of personnel security in the processes of adaptation and transformation are considered.The main reasons for staff dismissal are identified and measures to improve the effectiveness ofthe personnel security strategy in this area are proposed. The tools for selecting candidates for personnel security, namely the use of polygraph and profiling, are characterized. The model of ensuring personnel security in the context of transformation of economic security of an enterprise is formed, which takes into account the stages of selection of candidates for a vacancy, its functioning and development within the enterprise and dismissal of an employee. The practical significance of the proposed model lies in the disclosure of detailed steps of personnel security, which makes it possible to ensure and preserve the human resource, which is the foundation of the economic security of enterprise. The model allows to increase the adaptability of the enterprise, increase productivity and staff satisfaction, minimize the risks associated with the activities of personnel within the company, and resist external and internal threats at the present time and in the future.
