Fertility Outcomes Several Years After Urgent Fertility Preservation for Patients With Breast Cancer
(Abstracted from Fertil Steril 2024;122:504–513) The most common cancer among women in their childbearing years is breast cancer (BC), and many patients who are diagnosed in this period of their lives are not yet finished building their families. In cases such as these, fertility preservation can be undertaken, and patients can potentially be good candidates for pregnancy after completing cancer treatment.
